Asso. Prof. Dr. Shahin Ara Anowari

Associate Professor Dr. Shahin Ara Anowari is a highly accomplished specialist in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics. She completed her MBBS from Dhaka Medical College (DMC) and further achieved FCPS and MS degrees in Gynae & Obs, along with a PhD in the same discipline, demonstrating her deep academic expertise. In addition to her core qualifications, she holds a diploma in ultrasonography, including TVS and color Doppler, and has received special training in colposcopy. She has also undergone advanced training abroad in infertility treatment, enhancing her ability to manage complex reproductive health issues. Currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Gynaecology at Bangladesh Medical University (formerly PG Hospital), Dhaka, she is dedicated to both patient care and medical education. Dr. Anowari is known for her professionalism, compassionate approach, and commitment to women’s health. She provides consultations at her Shantinagar chamber in Motijheel, Dhaka.
