Dr. Nasim Jahan (Jesy)

Dr. Nasim Jahan MBBS, FCPS (Paediatrics) is a Medical Graduate from Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College.
She started her carrier as Medical Officer and holds some vital positions in Paediatrics and Neonatology department at different Medical Colleges and Hospitals across the Country.
She was responsible for Patient Care and Management of all types of Critical and Chronically ill children/babies & the sick newborn (in PICU & NICU) including general ward. She also used to attend all the emergency cases.
She obtained FCPS (Paediatrics) from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS) in July 2008.
She acquired the special training, necessary expertise and a wide exposure in the field of Neonatology for last 10 years under a USA Board Certified Neonatologist.
She worked in the Department of Neonatal and Paediatric Intensive Care Unit in the capacity of Associate Professor.
She is skilled in taking care of critically sick babies in NICU and PICU. She is comfortable to take care of the patient on Ventilator including High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV) and skilled to perform most of the NICU procedures.
Her teaching experience is also remarkable in Undergraduate and Postgraduate level.
She is working at Asgar Ali Hospital as Senior Consultant of Paediatrics.
